The room was not as clean as i expected. There was a stain on the carpet that bothered me. the staff didn't seem very attentive when i asked for extra towels. the location wasn't ideal, as it was a bit far from the main attractions. I ended up using public transportation more than i wanted to.

they don't have a garage in the building, and the one they have an agreement with is really expensive. the hallways are really dark. Talk about ambiance, but not in a good way.

I found the hotel very clean. The staff was quite helpful . I appreciated the location. It made getting around quite easy. The room size was good, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed a short walk to the historic center. The location allowed easy access to the metro. The room also featured a great rain shower head. The hotel offered fresh fruit every day. Filtered water was also available at no cost. Tea and coffee were available too. I thought the room was cleaned daily. I found the staff multilingual and very friendly. They upgraded me to a large room. This room had a living area and kitchen. I appreciated its modern accessibility.
It took some time to adjust to the temperature change.

the location had good transport links including the airport metro and buses. the room was spacious with everything needed.
the room i was in did not have good lighting. the staff seemed unprepared to give recommendations around the city and their answer to any request reminded me of 'no'.

I found the room wasn't as clean as I expected. There was a noticeable stain in the hallway just outside my door, it looked poorly cleaned. This stain remained there throughout my entire stay. Generally, the overall cleanliness felt superficial, particularly the carpets and some greasy doors.

location was super good. it was in a quieter area, that i did love, yet only a short walk to busy streets. i found some very good cafes and restaurants close by, that i did like when i didnt want to go to busy streets. the metro was close to.
i did find that the staff didnt care about the guests, or help them. their customer service was disfunctional, that i do find bad.
